In this section, you will learn how to create an account and log in to the Phone application from the agent console.
To register and create an account, go to My.inteliwise and fill in the data necessary to create an account.
After filling out the registration form and clicking on the create account button You will receive a link to activate the newly created account to the email indicated in the above form.
Once the account is activated, the agent's console login credentials will be sent to the designated email address.
You need to log in to the agent's console using the data from the second table i.e., login and password. Above it in the email there is also a link redirecting to the console.
In order to use the phone application and receive and make calls, you need to log into the agent console. Required fo this is the login and password received in the email prrovided when registering the account.
In the next step, click log in.
