How to start a new project?

Now you are ready to create your first project.

Choose “Voicebot” from the left menu. Then you will jump on our voicebot page.

CREATE A VOICEBOT PROJECT

If you expand the Voicebot menu, you will see another set of options:

• Quick start

• Steps

• Project

• Builder

• CSV Files

• Dialer

• Reports

Select the “Projects” option. You will then see four available templates:

• Empty template – if you want to create a voicebot from scratch.

• Doctor’s appointments – a predefined template (now available only in Polish)

• Debt Collecting – a predefined template (now available only in Polish)

• Hello – a simple template welcoming a caller (now available only in Polish)

Our demo project, described in this guide, was created using the “Empty Template”.
