How to benefit from buttons?

These buttons are not so visible at first glance, but they are extremely helpful!

BUTTONS

There are two sets of buttons:

• The set of buttons on the left side of the InteliWISE Voicebot Editorconsists of:

  • GO TO PROJECTS – You exit the InteliWISE Voicebot Builder and can see all projects you have created.

  • UNDO – If you have done something wrong by mistake, you may always undo it.

  • REDO – If you decide that you clicked UNDO button unnecessarily – click the REDO button.

  • SAVE – Remember to save your changes before finishing your work or testing the project!

  • SAVE & TEST – Use it, when you want to save and test your project right away.

• The set of buttons on the right side of the InteliWISE Voicebot Editor consists of:

  • DEBUG – You can watch in real-time what is happening inside your voicebot while it is running.

  • TOUR – Make a quick tour to learn how to use InteliWISE Voicebot Editor.

  • CHANGE LAYOUT – Expand your InteliWISE Voicebot Builder by hiding the left and top menus.

At the bottom of InteliWISE Voicebot Editor, you will find a Test your Voicebot button.Use this button, when you have not changed the Conversational Flow Scenario but you want to test the voicebot’s reactions to different customer behaviors.
