PREFIXES
Prefixes are part of Intents - they usually open up a user’s utterance. Prefixes are universal and allow to reduce the amount of questions in a given group of “question-response” matching.
Examples of prefixes:
I want to buy = I want to make an order
What’s in the offer = What is the offer of your company
