This is the feature that allows you to answer, advise or solve problems related to your service, all live in the Lead-o-Mat window on your website.
  • Don't worry about your availability in the chat, you don't have to do anything if you are unavailable, your Chatbot will check it itself and offer the customer a contact form, so you don't lose customers even when you are sleeping ;)
  • In order to respond to your customers, you must log on to the platform, . There we have also prepared an account for you, the login instructions and necessary data were sent to your email as soon as the account was activated.
  • You will also find a short instruction on how to log into the agent's console [2]
  • If you do not want this feature, just uncheck the green checkbox next to the Live Chat tab [1]
Remember: Always save your changes by clicking SAVE at the top of the screen! You will be able to view your changes immediately in the view on the right.
